Deleting your data
Most apps put a page like this up because they are holding an account of yours. PassDrive is not — so this page is mostly about where your progress already is.
Last updated 13 September 2026There is no PassDrive account to delete
Your progress is in the phone’s storage, and nowhere else
Uninstalling removes all of it, immediately
Written to us? Ask, and the correspondence goes too
What this means on an ordinary day
The policy below is the full version. This is the part that changes anything for you.
There is no account
You never gave us an email address, so there is no profile on a server to close, and no form you have to fill in to make us close it.
Uninstalling is the delete button
Removing the app takes your answers, mock history, bookmarks and test date with it — immediately, permanently, and without asking us.
What you paid for survives
An unlock belongs to your store account, not to the app, so it comes back with "Restore purchases" if you install PassDrive again.
Deleting your data in full
01
Where your progress actually is
Everything PassDrive knows about you — the questions you have answered, your mock results, your test date — is written into the phone's own storage by the app. It is not uploaded, and we have no copy. You never gave us an email address to study, and there is no profile of yours on a server waiting to be deleted.
Deleting the app removes all of it, immediately and permanently.
It is per phone, so a second device has its own progress and its own deletion.
Nothing is kept afterwards, because there was never anywhere else for it to be kept.
02
How to clear it
Delete the app the way you delete any app — hold its icon and remove it, or use the list in Settings. That is the whole procedure. There is nothing to request from us first, no waiting period, and no confirmation email, because there is nothing on our side to confirm.
Install it again later and it opens the way it did the first time: no progress, no history, and the free tier open.
03
An unlock you have paid for
A purchase belongs to your App Store or Google Play account rather than to the app, so deleting the app does not lose it. Install PassDrive again, tap "Restore purchases" in Profile, and it comes back. That record is held by Apple or Google, not by us, so it is theirs to delete.
04
If you have written to us
The one place we might hold something of yours is an email you sent through the contact form. Ask there and we will delete the correspondence — within 30 days, usually the same day. The privacy policy covers what it contains and how long it is otherwise kept.
05
If accounts ever arrive
If PassDrive gains sign-in — to carry your progress between phones, say — deleting the account will be a button inside the app as well as a request here, and this page will say so before that feature ships.
What people ask about this
The same few every time, answered plainly.
I deleted the app. Is my progress really gone?
Yes, and permanently. It was only ever in that phone’s storage, so removing the app removes the only copy. We have nothing to restore even if you ask us.
Do I lose what I paid for?
No. The unlock sits with your App Store or Google Play account. Install PassDrive again, open Profile, tap "Restore purchases", and it is back.
Can I wipe my progress without removing the app?
Not at the moment — uninstalling is what clears it. If that is something you want, say so through the contact form; it is the kind of request that decides what gets built next.
What about my other phone?
It has its own progress and its own deletion, because nothing was ever synced between them. Deleting the app there clears that one too.
How do I delete an email I sent you?
Write to the contact form and say so. We delete the correspondence within 30 days, usually the same day, and it is the only thing of yours we could be holding.
The rest of it
Four short documents, and one form that reaches a person.
Still not sure?
Anything here you want explained, or a request about your own data — the contact form reaches the same person who writes the app.
