Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a font service, so loading a page does not announce you to a third party either.

Why there is no banner
A consent banner exists because a site is doing something with your browser that needs permission. These pages are documents about the driver theory test: they are delivered, you read them, and nothing is stored in your browser afterwards. Nothing follows you to another site, and no third party is watching from inside this one.
That is the whole policy. The rest of this page is simply the detail behind it.

The usual things, and why none of them are here
Most sites end up with a banner because of a handful of ordinary decisions. We made the other one each time:
No analytics. We do not count you, follow you between pages, or measure how far down you scrolled.
No advertising or remarketing, so nothing here adds you to an audience to be shown PassDrive elsewhere.
No social buttons or embedded players — the widgets that quietly set cookies for somebody else.
No chat widget or session recorder watching what you type.
The typeface is served from our own domain rather than from a font service, so even loading the page does not announce you to anyone else.

The app
The PassDrive app is not a browser and uses no cookies. What it keeps — your progress — is in the phone's own storage and never leaves it. The privacy policy sets that out in full, and deleting your data covers getting rid of it.

If that ever changes
If we add something that needs a cookie — measuring which pages are read, say — this page is updated first, and anything beyond what is strictly necessary would be asked for before it started. If we measure at all, it will be with a tool that counts pages without identifying people.
What people ask about this

Why does every other site ask me and this one does not?
Because most sites carry analytics, advertising or an embedded widget, and those need permission. We do not run any of them, so there is nothing to ask you for.
Are you using local storage instead, as a loophole?
No. These pages are documents: they are delivered, you read them, and nothing about you is left behind in your browser under any name.
Does the PassDrive app use cookies?
The app is not a browser and has none. It does keep your progress — in the phone’s own storage, where it stays. The privacy policy sets that out in full.
