Tell us which one and what you expected. Corrections go into the next update, and it is the most useful mail we get.
A purchase or a restore
Apple and Google take the payment and handle refunds, but tell us anyway — if the app is at fault we would rather fix it than have you wait on a store queue.
Your data
Access, correction or deletion. There is nothing of yours on a server, which makes these quick.
Something missing
A topic you wanted more of, a category you are waiting on, a feature the app should have. It is read, and it does shape what gets built.
One thing we cannot do
Book, move or cancel your test. PassDrive is study material and is not connected to the official service — that is all done at theorytest.ie.

I paid on my old phone. How do I get it back?
Install PassDrive, open Profile and tap "Restore purchases". The unlock belongs to your App Store or Google Play account rather than to the app, so it comes back as long as you are signed in to the same one.
My progress did not move to my new phone.
It does not, by design: progress is kept on the phone rather than on a server, which is the trade for having no account and nothing of yours to lose. The purchase does move.
I think an answer is wrong.

When is my category coming?
